SEM and SEO for Hertz Sweden, Finland and Norway

KliKKi has since 2008 been managing the SEM activities of Hertz Sweden. The cooperation has since then been extended to also include Hertz Finland and Hertz Norway. In October 2009 the partnership was extended to include an integrated search strategy including SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and solutions for maximising visibility within local search.
 
KliKKis SEM optimisation has been characterised by close customer dialogue and continuous tests and optimisation. The results are that SEM/Google is one of the most profitable sales channels for the company.
 
KliKKis SEO work has been focused on a combination of 'onpage' improvements and activities for relevant link attraction (such as content distribution). During the period September 2009 up until January 2010 the following ranking improvements have been achieved for selected keywords (in Swedish):

1. Hyrbil (Car for rent) - from no ranking (worse than position 31) to position no 1 (best position achieved after project start) 
2. Biluthyrning (Car rental) - from position 6 to position 1
3. Hyrbilar (Cars for rent) - from no ranking to position no 2
4. Hyra bil (Rent a car) - from no ranking to position no 3
 
KliKKi were also the first agency in Sweden to, together with Google, launch an integration of Google AdWords with Google Local Business Center to provide maximum impact for Hertz.
